Injectable Sealant

<p>#1 Best-Selling Curing Compound for Chemicals | Dense putty-like heat curing sealant, Brown color, Heavy fiber concentration. Below 550ºF (288ºC), speed up the cure by adding 103-P Accelerator. 454-T is a thinner consistency than 454 (closer to consistency of 3100-S). 454 contains no solvent. Shelf-life is 6 months in closed container. Refrigerated storage recommended. </p><h2>Applications</h2><p>Flanges, Enclosures, Clamps. Steam, Feed Water, Condensate, Hydrocarbons, Oils, Gases, Chemicals. </p>

Characteristics

• Extreme chemical resistance
• Cures to a leather-like consistency with heat above 200ºF (93ºC). A positive seal can normally be reached before a full cure.
