Ezy-Pak™ HCR
High Chemical Resistance Injectable Packing Compound w/ PTFE

EZY-PAK HCR (FKA EZY-PAK™ 115) is the most used packing compound, it is designed specifically for use in expanding gate type valve stem glands. Formulated from synthetic fluid and fibers plus inert fillers and a high percentage of ground PTFE particles for performance over a wide temperature range EZY-PAK HCR is ideal for preventing leaks while lowering the torque required to operate the valve.

EZY-PAK HCR can be pumped using a high-pressure lubricator or may be formed by hand into any void requiring a packing compound. Excellent for use with hydrocarbons, aqueous solutions, brine, dilute acids, dilute alkalis, water and steam.
